1. Scope
These Subscription Terms supplement the Homiary Terms of Use. Homiary is operated and published by KokoJDN, an independent developer based in Texas, United States. Initial availability is limited to the United States and users age 18 or older.
A subscription is offered only when Homiary displays an active Google Play purchase option with a localized price and billing period. If the app reports that plans are unavailable, no Homiary purchase can be completed through that screen.
2. Free and Plus
Free provides device-only use for one home with core text records, text-only equipment and expense details, and essential maintenance and safety information. Safety warnings and emergency guidance are never restricted to Plus.
Plus unlocks the paid features identified in the app, including equipment photographs; receipt scanning, camera capture, and gallery import; and attachments for manuals, warranties, receipts, and other property documents.
Plus attachment features are local to the Android device. They do not include Homiary cloud backup, synchronization, household sharing, or cross-device restoration. The current receipt scanner creates a document image or PDF; it does not perform OCR or automatically extract receipt fields. A planned or “coming soon” feature is not part of the paid service unless the live app and Google Play listing state that it is available.
Payment does not make maintenance information professional advice, an inspection, a certification, a warranty, or an emergency-monitoring service.
3. Account and purchase requirements
A Google-connected Homiary account and an eligible Google Play account may be required to start, verify, restore, and maintain Plus access. Purchase access is associated with the verified Firebase identity and Google Play purchase state. Connecting Google does not upload, synchronize, back up, or restore local home records.
Do not purchase Plus using an account you do not control. If the connected Homiary identity changes, Plus may remain unavailable until the correct account and eligible Google Play purchase are verified.
4. Price, billing period, and renewal
Homiary may offer monthly and annual auto-renewing plans. Google Play shows the applicable price, currency, taxes, billing period, and renewal date before you confirm a purchase. Those checkout terms control the transaction.
Unless you cancel before the renewal date shown by Google Play, the subscription automatically renews for the selected billing period and Google Play charges the payment method associated with your account. Price changes are handled through Google Play and any notice or consent required by Google Play or applicable law.
Homiary does not offer a free trial at initial launch. If a trial, introductory price, or promotion is added later, its eligibility, duration, conversion price, and cancellation deadline will be shown before enrollment.
5. Pending, interrupted, or unverified purchases
A pending purchase does not provide Plus until Google Play completes payment and Homiary verifies the purchase. Network, account, Google Play, Firebase, notification-delivery, or integrity-service problems may delay verification. Homiary defaults to Free when entitlement data is absent, invalid, stale, or unavailable and will not grant Plus solely from client-side information.
Homiary receives Google Play lifecycle-change notifications and periodically rechecks known subscriptions, but processing may not be instantaneous. Homiary may ask you to reconnect, restore, or check status again. You should not start a second purchase while Google Play shows the first purchase as pending.
6. Cancellation
Cancel through Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Homiary, or use the link below. Uninstalling Homiary, clearing local storage, signing out, or deleting a Homiary identity does not cancel Google Play billing.
After cancellation, Plus generally remains available through the paid period shown by Google Play unless the purchase is refunded, revoked, charged back, or otherwise ends early under Google Play's rules.
7. Refunds
Google Play processes subscription payments and refund requests. Except where required by applicable law or granted under Google Play's policies, cancelling stops future renewal and does not refund a partially used billing period. Review and request eligible refunds through Google Play support or the order controls associated with your Google account.
For a verification problem or a charge you do not recognize, contact homiaryapp@gmail.com and Google Play support. Do not email payment-card details, passwords, or purchase tokens.
8. Expiration and existing records
When Plus expires or is placed on account hold, Homiary stops new Plus-only capture, import, replacement, and other mutations. Expiration does not intentionally delete local home records. Existing premium records and attachments remain viewable and exportable while the underlying local file remains available, but they become read-only until Plus access is restored.
Homiary does not currently provide cloud backup. Reinstalling the app, clearing storage, replacing a device, revoking access to a provider-managed file, or losing a local file can remove or make home records unavailable independently of subscription status.
9. Restore and account deletion
Use the same eligible Google Play account and connected Homiary identity to restore a verified purchase. A restore can recover subscription access; it cannot restore local home records.
Subscription cancellation and Homiary account deletion are separate. Cancel recurring billing in Google Play before deleting the connected Homiary identity. Google retains its own transaction history under Google's policies.
10. Changes
KokoJDN may update plan features or these terms. The current app and Google Play checkout will identify the paid offering and price before purchase. Material changes to an active subscription will receive any notice or consent required by Google Play or applicable law.
