Account control

Delete your Homiary account

Delete a connected Homiary account in the app, or request deletion from any browser. Records held on your device and Google Play subscriptions require separate actions.

EffectiveAugust 28, 2026

If the button does not open your mail app, email homiaryapp@gmail.com with the subject “Homiary account deletion request.”

Two ways to delete your account

In the app: Open Property → Account and plan → Account and access → Delete account. After confirmation and any required Google reauthentication, Homiary first deletes eligible entitlement, billing-account, purchase-verification, billing-identity, and lifecycle-event records linked to the Firebase user identifier, then deletes the Firebase Authentication identity.

From any browser: Email homiaryapp@gmail.com with the subject “Homiary account deletion request” and include the Google account email address connected to Homiary. If the app displays a support or account identifier, you may include it. Do not email your password, authentication code, purchase token, payment-card details, full receipt, or identity document in your first message.

KokoJDN may ask you to verify control of the connected account before disclosing or deleting account-linked information. Verified email requests are acknowledged within 3 business days, and eligible deletion is completed within 30 days.

Both account-deletion paths affect Homiary account data only. They do not clear records held on your Android device and do not cancel a Google Play subscription.

Account, device, and subscription actions

  1. Delete account-linked Homiary data

Use the in-app action for an authenticated coordinated deletion, or use the email request when you cannot access the app. Eligible data includes the active Firebase Authentication identity and Homiary entitlement, billing-account, billing-identity, lifecycle-event, and purchase-verification metadata linked to it.

  2. Remove records held on the Android device

Online account deletion cannot reach local app state. Use Android Settings → Apps → Homiary → Storage & cache → Clear storage, or uninstall Homiary. Menu wording varies by device. This permanently removes Homiary's persisted records and application-private attachments from that device. Original files held by another application or document provider and copies you exported may require separate deletion. Android application backup is disabled.

  3. Cancel a Google Play subscription separately

Account deletion, clearing app storage, and uninstalling Homiary do not cancel a subscription. Use Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Homiary, or open the link below.

    Open Google Play subscription management.

What is deleted and retained

Eligible account information

The active Firebase Authentication identity and eligible Homiary entitlement, billing-identity, lifecycle-event, and purchase-verification metadata associated with the verified account are deleted within 30 days.

Firebase backups

After active Firebase Authentication data is deleted, removal from Firebase backup systems may take up to 180 days.

Support correspondence

Messages and deletion-processing records may be retained for up to 24 months to verify, complete, document, secure, and resolve the request.

No separate Homiary billing archive

KokoJDN does not intentionally retain a separate archive of deleted Homiary entitlement, billing-account, billing-identity, lifecycle-event, or purchase-verification records. Google controls its own transaction records separately.

Device-held information

The request cannot erase data held only on your Android device. Clear Homiary storage or uninstall the app on each device where you used it.

Google Play records

Google controls its own transaction and purchase history under Google's policies. Deleting Homiary data does not delete Google's records or cancel a subscription.

Questions or a delayed request

If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 3 business days, reply to your original message or send a new message to homiaryapp@gmail.com. Review the Privacy Policy for more information about Homiary's current data practices.
